Position Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing with daily testing and non-routine formula adjustments
- Manage and maintain customer complaints and troubleshoot root cause of problems
- Develop and implement Microbiological procedures and testing regimens
- Maintain specifications and documents for ISO requirements
- Perform incoming inspection on materials
- Conduct testing of product formulations to ensure product performance and establish product specifications
- Assist other departments within the organization with technical support
- Maintain data in electronic databases
- Manage departmental affairs as required or assigned by manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 0-2 Years Lab Experience
- Bachelors in a Science related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel and Word
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient use of basic laboratory equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems
- Good critical thinking
