Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
