What you will be doing :

In this role, you will manage IT licenses and services and act as the primary contact for the department regarding software and IT solutions or services. You will help different teams access reliable pricing and technical information about software and IT services. This information will help them make wise investment choices.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Build strong relationships with internal clients to identify business needs and resolve issues proactively.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline efficiency.
  • Help lead innovative projects to modernize our IT infrastructure, enhance client services, and provide value to client engagements.

This is an office role located in either Anchorage or Juneau. Optional hybrid telework is available. If selected for this position, you must maintain residency in Anchorage or Juneau, Alaska, and be prepared to report to the office at least one day per week.
