Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in:

Additional Required Information
AT TIME OF INTERVIEW
At time of interview, applicant must provide:
- If available, two most recent performance evaluations.
- A list of three professional references, at least one being from a current or past supervisor.
- A copy of academic transcripts if using education to meet the minimum qualifications.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Valid Alaska Driver’s License desired.
- May require occasional travel within the State.
- Requires use of the Alaska Public Safety Information Network (ASPIN), which includes passing a background investigation including fingerprinting.
- Must be free of Criminal and Misdemeanor convictions to be granted access to APSIN and ARMS and be able to handle weapons for evidence processing.
- Will need to obtain Level One Procurement Authority: frequent use of ARMS, APSIN, NCIC, IRIS FIN, IRIS HRM, ALDER, & DPS Property Authority.id

The successful candidate will be required to read, understand, and agree to via signature, an agreement of confidentiality concerning the work commonly encountered within the Department of Public Safety to qualify for this position.
