Employment Services Manager 2 located in Ketchikan!

What You Will Be Doing :
The Employment Services Manager 2 (Job Center Manager) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of employment and business services in the Ketchikan area, to include planning, organizing, scheduling and directing staff performing program functions. The position directly supervises 2 staff in the job center, setting task priorities, assigning and reviewing work, instructing, coaching and training staff while building a strong team. The incumbent works closely with local partners in the community to ensure that division and partner services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) are available and accessible to Alaskans.
