The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of AVTEC, is recruiting for an
Environmental Services, Journey 2 located in Seward!

This position is in the Labor, Trades and Crafts Unit (LTC) at a Range 60.


What You Will Be Doing:

As an Environmental Services Journey 2, you will maintain a clean, sanitary and safe physical environment in AVTEC facilities to include the interior and exterior of assigned areas, such as the dormitories, apartments, recreation areas, food service areas, training areas, classrooms, and offices. You will clean, deodorize, and sanitize large living and work areas, furniture, upholstery, carpets, and hard surface flooring; maintain an inventory of cleaning materials, supplies, chemicals, and equipment; perform routine servicing of tools and equipment; remove snow, ice and debris from sidewalks and steps; secure buildings and grounds; and drive the school's van to transport students to and from classes as needed.

DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIREMENT

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license. Proof of licensure will be required prior to reporting to duty.


LTC RECRUITMENT
