The Department of Family & Community Services, Division of Finance & Management Services is recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner in Anchorage!

What You Will Be Doing:
This position serves as the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for the Department of Family and Community Services, providing strategic workforce management planning and people management services. The HRBP engages with senior leadership and oversees many projects aligned with the department's workforce recruitment and retention goals. The HRBP serves as liaison between department upper management, supervisors, HR Operations Centers, Centers of Expertise, and department employees to enact and monitor human resources initiatives and programs. This is a strategic and creative professional HR position that provides the opportunity to be innovative and rethink traditional HR approaches in support of the department's overall mission.
