- ***The Department of Corrections is currently offering a hire incentive bonus of up to $15,000.00 to newly hired Mental Health Clinicians 2. The incentive bonus will be paid in two equal installments, minus mandatory deductions. The first installment will be paid 90 calendar days after the first day of employment, and upon demonstrating an overall mid-acceptable performance rating. The second and final installment will be paid upon the employee's successful completion of the probationary period. Payments will be due within sixty (60) calendar days of such request. What you will be doing:
This posting is soliciting interest for a position at the Anchorage Correctional Complex, providing a variety of mental health programming needs to include working in our booking facility assessing individuals for treatment needs, or at our 28 bed Acute Mental Health Unit providing assessments, crisis intervention, release planning, and groups.
