This position is being recruited for in Anchorage, Soldotna, Wasilla, Fairbanks, or Juneau.

Pay will be determined based on location of selected individual.

Anchorage, Soldotna, Wasilla salary : $1,941.00 / $2,229.75

Fairbanks salary : $1,999.50 / $2,296.50

Juneau salary : $2,037.75 / $2,341.50

What you will be doing :

The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Administrative services is looking to fill a Procurement 1 / 2 position in the procurement section in our Anchorage office. This position is responsible for procuring goods, equipment, and professional services for the Village Safe Water (VSW) program. This is a flexibly staffed position and may be filled at either a Procurement Specialist 1 or a Procurement Specialist 2.

    This position is flexibly staffed. The level of the job offer will be based on the selected candidate's credibly possessed and proven competencies. If hired at the lower level, you will be promoted to the higher level after completing the training plan and demonstrating competency in the work.
