in Anchorage.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role as the Recruitment Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising the Department of Family & Community Services Recruitment Team which consists of two Human Resource Technician 2s (HRT2).
- Training hiring managers on various Recruitment laws and rules and best practices.
- Creating guides for and developing the HRT2s as well as the department's hiring managers in all things recruitment.

As the Recruitment Supervisor, you will support this mission through supervising the team of HR Technicians posting jobs and authorizing hires, as well as supporting hiring managers in their own growth and development within the Department.
