Job Summary

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a global social media strategy across domestic and international platforms alongside relevant agency and international firms
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and brand sentiment, ensuring proactive engagement and crisis management
- Manage and mentor a team while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and Media Relations
- Oversee content creation, localization, and campaign management tailored to appropriate audiences
- Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report key insights
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
- Minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible experience in social media platforms, paid strategies, and analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe and Google Suite products
- Strong communication writing and editing skills
- Cross-cultural understanding
- Self directed and ability to exercise independent judgment while meeting performance standards
- To multi-task and manage projects with short turn around time
- To source and manage content development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
