**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests, compute bills, collect payments, and maintain records
- Receive and confirm room reservations over the telephone, accept advance credit card deposits, and maintain front desk operations
- Greet and register guests, assign rooms, answer inquiries, and provide information pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, travel directions, and tourist attractions in the area
- Keep records of guests' accounts, post charges to guest registration sheets, total and balance cash registers, and reconcile differences
- Compile daily activity reports, make wake-up telephone calls to guests, and relay messages
Requirements:
- Educational equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
