Under the close supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Student Assistant processes and evaluates applications for examination, initial licensing, and license renewal. The Student Assistant provides intake and archive assistance to the Licensing Division.
This is a non-tenured intermittent position. Students in this position may work up to 1,500 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.
Current Business Administration major or other major that is closely related to the duties of the position.
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with at least six (6) semester units, or nine (9) quarter units, with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.

Special Requirements
Title 11, Section 703(d) of the California Code of Regulations requires criminal record checks of all personnel who have access to Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI).
