About this Role :

The Accountability Support Unit (ASU) is at the forefront of promoting health equity and quality care within the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). In this role, the Associate Government Program Analyst will be part of a passionate team of technical and support staff dedicated to enhancing accountability and enforcing quality standards in healthcare delivery. As part of the Quality and Population Health Management (QPHM) program, you'll play a crucial role in supporting initiatives like Behavioral Health Transformation (BHT), where your team will create and publicize impactful data dashboards to identify and address disparities in care. Telework Information

This position may be eligible for telework up to three days per week and is required to report in-person and site-based a minimum of two days per week. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change consistent with DHCS' Telework Program and Government Code sections 14200 - 14203. Telework is available to California residents, and proof of residency may be required.

Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated office and residence subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions.
