Under the direction of the Assistant State Printer, the Operations & Business Development Specialist (Staff Services Manager I Specialist) will function as the primary project manager in the development, analysis, scheduling, budgeting, planning, coordination, and monitoring activities in the delivery and execution of the assigned department's operations projects such as Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and improvements, spoilage & waste analysis and reduction, and quality management improvements. The Operations & Business Development Specialist will also function as the lead in business development and customer retention by leading efforts in improving existing key customer job production, onboarding, and producing new printing and mailing projects.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
