Description of Job
The salary range for this position is:
$27.74 - $38.40 Hourly
$2,219.54 - $3,072.00 Biweekly
$4,809.00 - $6,656.00 Monthly
$57,708.00 - $79,872.00 Annually
The Shared Services area is accountable for the provision of centralized “back-office” services, allowing the other FAMLI branches to focus on their specific business goals. The shared services provided include items such as training, quality assurance, project management, communications, contract management, staffing coordination, etc. which are services that are needed throughout each FAMLI branch. This unit oversees the monitoring of contract deliverables, invoicing, payments, renewals, expirations, vendor relationships, and other necessary project monitoring and, in collaboration with Finance, ensures the charging to appropriate funding sources and payment of invoices and related tracking and reporting. Centralizing these services into one branch offers efficiency and cost savings and eliminates potential redundancy.
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for all contract related activities in the FAMLI Division to ensure compliance with all related program, budgetary and procurement rules and requirements. This position shall act as the primary contact on all FAMLI contracts and shall not only provide active contract oversight by monitoring for compliance with terms, conditions, scope of work and deliverables, but shall also evaluate for possible additional contract requirements and make recommendations to contract stakeholders for needed contract changes / amendments and new contracts. The OSS Director shall delegate these critical responsibilities to this individual and shall rely on them to be a leader in all aspects of contract management including compliance with program, budget and procurement rules as well as accurate and timely status updates, communication and coordination with related stakeholders and PCS.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:
- Demonstrated experience with state or government procurement processes
- Demonstrated experience with administrative project management
- Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder management
- Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of the necessity and value of timeliness
- Ability to process complex information
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of and ability to utilize the tools, techniques and procedures needed to
- establish and monitor contracts and budgets
- Knowledge of and ability to use the proper processes and practices for managing and

- Knowledge of and ability to use financial and accounting applications specific to the
- organization.
- Must be a Colorado State Resident at the time of application
