What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Coordinator position at State of Colorado?
The Colorado Supreme Court’s Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program (“COLAP”) seeks applications for the position of Clinical Coordinator. Duties of the role include: confidential wellbeing consultations, creating/coordinating educational and volunteer resources, presenting live and remotely on behavioral health and well-being topics, and providing support to those engaged in voluntary behavioral health monitoring.
- At least one of the following:
- A master’s or doctorate degree with active Colorado licensure in psychology, mental health, addiction counseling, social work or equivalent in good standing (examples: Licensed Psychologist, Psychiatrist, LMFT, LAC, LPC, or LCSW)
- Advanced medical or nursing degree; or
- Colorado Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with professionals in the legal, clinical, behavioral health, educational, and/or medical fields. May also have experience as a teacher, instructor, program coordinator, office manager, judicial clerk, paralegal, high level administrator, or similar role.
- Demonstrated outstanding public speaking and customer service.
- Demonstrated and verifiable reputation for professionalism, civility, and integrity.
- Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and initiative.
