Administrative Solutions
Administrative Solutions (AS) provides management and oversight for key administrative and technical services that enables CDHS to achieve their goals. It is responsible for a number of support functions to make our agency as efficient, effective, and impactful as possible. Administrative Solutions comprises Human Resources; Facilities Management; Audit; Business Innovation, Technology & Security; Emergency Management; Legal; Performance Management; Communications; Project Management; and Leadership & Organizational Development.
Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)
The CBMS team provides the technology that enables the public to apply for assistance benefits online and county workers to determine eligibility, helping more than 2 million people a year access critical assistance. As one of the only integrated enrollment and eligibility systems in the country, the system supports multiple statewide programs such as Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and other benefits programs. As such, the CBMS team directly supports both the Colorado Depart of Human Services (CDHS) and Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).

About This Position
This position provides high-level administrative support to support the CBMS Head of Product and CBMS team. This includes planning and organizing various meetings for staff, compiling data, and preparing management reports, as well as resolving problems, answering questions and providing information, and/or advising others on program issues or matters for CBMS. The position is responsible for identifying office problems or areas that need strengthening and the development of action plans to correct issues identified. This position provides support to all units reporting to the Head of Product.
Summary Of Job Duties
Product Owner Support
Responsibilities include providing overall administrative management for the Division; managing and prioritizing the CBMS Head of Product's schedule by identifying, recommending, prioritizing, and committing the Head for functions, meetings, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders; preparing briefing or support materials for meetings, presentations and speaking engagements; organizing key stakeholder meetings and recording meeting minutes; and reviewing, assessing, routing, answering and monitoring follow-up action steps on correspondence.
Office Coordinator and Program Support
Responsibilities include providing administrative support for staff within CBMS; serving as first point of contact for internal and external customers, Executive Management, citizens, other State Agencies, County Departments, Federal partners, and other Community Partners; coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of CBMS team members; creating and managing systems for ordering and tracking asset inventory; participating in Program Assistant coordination meetings; assisting with special event arrangements; and providing support to the CBMS Executive Steering Committee and the Work Plan Sub-Committee.
Budget/ Travel Manager
Responsibilities include managing in-state and out-of-state travel requests for Head of Product, and Managers as needed.

- Five (5) years of experience in high level executive support including working on a budget, interpreting basic principles, rules, regulations, policies, precedents, guidelines and objectives to resolve problems, answering questions, providing information, and/or advising others on program issues or matters.

- Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Professional work experience in support of a professional staff
