The Merchandise Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for managing inventory processes, optimizing product data, and ensuring seamless operations in both retail and e-commerce environments. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of our store inventory, facilitating streamlined purchase order management, and spearheading systems development to support growth in new merchandise categories.
Key Responsibilities
Add and maintain product listings in the backend of our commerce system for both web and retail platforms.
Oversee and manage the entire store inventory to ensure proper stock levels and availability.
Create, track, and manage purchase orders in the system for streamlined imports by retail associates.
Design and implement new processes and operations to support growth in new merchandise areas.
Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and forecast demand, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Work closely with retail associates to ensure they are equipped with the tools and training needed for product imports and stock management.
