About the Position
This is a limited-duration employee position in the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. The successful candidate will perform one or more of a variety of tasks and assigned duties of a seasonal nature. This may include working as a lifeguard, assisting with inventory and equipment, and performing emergency first aid.
Requirements
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to demonstrate American Red Cross (ARC) waterfront lifeguarding swimming skills
- Valid Motor Vehicle Operator license may be required
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of wildlife management practices and the natural history of Connecticut fauna.
