The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee for the Administrative Services Human Resource Management Unit located in Hartford, Connecticut.
The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training to qualify for advancement into a professional level position within Human Resource Management.
The selected candidate will be trained in workplace investigations and labor relations as part of the Human Resource Management Legal Unit.
Salary Range : $66,558 - $85,778 / year plus State of Connecticut benefits.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : A bachelor’s or a master’s degree. *
Note : Incumbents with a master’s degree may be hired at step 2 of the pay group.
APPOINTMENT : Appointment to positions in this class shall be for a period not to exceed twenty-four months.
