What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director-Family Justice Center position at State of Delaware?
The Executive Director of the Family Justice Center is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of a majority of the members of the Council. This position requires a candidate who is strongly motivated to help victims and survivors. The job entails developing policies and procedures, in collaboration with state, local, and community-based crime victim service providers and local survivors of violence and abuse, to ensure coordinated services are provided to victims and survivors of crime and to enhance the safety of victims, survivors, and professionals at the Family Justice Centers.

Preferred Qualification
- Experience working under the supervision of a board of directors.
- Experience in the criminal justice system or other government or nonprofit agencies that deal with and / or provide services to its victims / survivors.
