Summary Statement
Be part of the Customer Relations Unit! Here in this unit, you’ll provide support to all those in need – from the public asking questions, to providing assistance to staff and stakeholders! This role provides direct client service to all calls directed to the Customer Relations Unit. You’ll be providing information and answering all questions / issues / concerns about the policies and procedures of two divisions : Division of Social Services and Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance. Both divisions’ clients, staff, and outside stakeholders may reach out inquiring about the services and benefits provided. This role ensures the needs of vulnerable and low-income residents will be responded to by providing timely and accurate benefits.
