Summary Statement
Enforce Federal and State Anti-discrimination Laws. Conducting intake interviews to generate charges of discrimination. investigate discrimination complaints, analyze relevant and pertinent data, recommend Preliminary and Final Determinations, conduct Mediations and Conciliations. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure Employers are following Civil Rights requirements Ensures timely processing and review of complaints by coordinating, monitoring, and streamlining complaint procedures. Conduct and provide community outreach / education concerning equal opportunity and nondiscrimination requirements; performs other duties as assigned.
