Requirements:
Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal history check (fingerprint-based) in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes. The criminal history check must be completed prior to or within the first thirty days of employment.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) Career Services (CS) position.
Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
This position requires up to 25% travel.

Responsible for following the provisions and requirements in Section 215.422, Florida Statutes, related to the Department of Financial Services rules and FWC’s invoice processing and warrant distribution procedures.

Overview:
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s mission is to manage fish and wildlife resources for their long-term well-being and the benefit of people. The head of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is the commission, comprised of seven commissioners, appointed by the governor and subject to confirmation by the Senate. The commission has the authority to exercise the executive and regulatory powers delegated to FWC through Article IV, Section 9 of the Florida Constitution.
Position Description:
This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing solutions as part of the Agency's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software while following the technology blueprint. The position may also be asked to evaluate and recommend additional tools or technologies. The Agency’s ticketing system will be used to track the work and periodic written/verbal progress updates are required. This position will advise on the best tools for building requested solutions and complete additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Knowledge of structured application design; PC operating systems; principles, practices and techniques of database design and implementation; distributed database development and implementation; interface design principles and practices.
- Ability to process information logically; plan, prepare and implement programs for the solution of scientific, mathematical or technical problems; analyze and interpret computer program data; identify and define user needs; prepare program specifications; perform mathematical calculations.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments; communicate technical information effectively verbally and in writing; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work with people having varied backgrounds, knowledge, and system requirements.
- Ability to work with system architects and programmers to create computer systems.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., SalesForce, etc.) or the ability to learn how to use it.
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Platform or the ability to learn how to use it.
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Dynamics or the ability to learn how to use it.
