This Revenue Specialist II - Child Support Case Processing Analyst position, on the Judicial Actions 2 Team, performs customer support and attends Court for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. - Initiating and responding to requests
- Coordinating with internal and external partners
- Researching and resolving case issues
- Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
- Assisting customers
- Preparing for and attending Court
- Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
- Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
- Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).
- This position requires routine travel for court attendance.
- Standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
