Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Working as a Contract Manager I, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing statewide agreements from contract award to closeout and archiving. Throughout the contract management lifecycle, you’ll ensure that contractors adhere to terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract. This will require monitoring and reporting on required deliverables in order to maintain contract compliance. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with state law, policies and procedures, and contract terms. Upon customer request, facilitate contract transactions.
- Tracking customer usage of contracts and strives continually to deliver greater value.
- Periodically reviews assigned contracts and recommends modifications.
- Monitoring the life of contracts to anticipate expiration dates and determine applicable strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service and play a supporting role with agency customers and suppliers.
- Facilitates quarterly meetings with contractors.
- Facilitates onsite meetings with Florida based contractors. These meetings may include, tour of facility, the review and discussion of deliverables, performance metrics, reports, elevated customer issues, and business efficiencies.
- Utilizes computer skills to create, manage, analyze, and document sizable datasets and/or research information.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in contract management, project management, procurement, customer service, or other related business field.
