Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Evaluate: Oversee the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular rounds and inspections to monitor delivery of nursing care, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Direct Care/Treatment: Participate in direct care of residents, including attending emergencies, administering medications, and recording treatments.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464 or eligible to practice nursing in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 210-8.27.
- At least one year of supervisory experience over employees.
