PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets patients and welcomes them to the office,
- Checks patients in/out,
- Reviews demographic, insurance, and provider information with patients,
- Prints and provides the patient with an encounter form,
- Schedules return appointments as designated by the provider,
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is desired but not required.
