PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose/Manage movement dysfunction and enhance physical and functional abilities
- Revise treatment plans throughout the treatment process as needed
- Timely/Accurate documentation
- Treat to prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
- Take patient history, conduct case reviews, perform tests, and measure to properly identify potential and existing problems
- Advises patients about in-home treatment options and exercises
- Assist with quality assurance and program development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy
EXPERIENCE:
Three years of experience in a healthcare setting is desired but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Tennessee.
