View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions.
View Point Health’s GRAN Recovery Center is a 28-day Intensive Residential Addiction treatment program, located in Covington, GA. With an emphasis on maintaining a positive therapeutic community, the program focuses on promoting abstinence from substance use, shifting from addictive behaviors, and effecting change in lifestyle, attitudes, and values. We are looking for a Charge Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team to be responsible for implementing and monitoring nursing services in the GRAN Recovery Center (ASAM 3.5) SUD treatment program and overseeing the integration and execution of MAT services for other View Point Health residential SUD treatment programs. Nurses will implement nursing care in accordance with program procedures approved by the Chief Nursing Officer.
