This position is located in the Personnel Office Unit, Administrative and Support Services, Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), Adult Mental Health Division and serves in the capacity of a Personnel Officer for the HSH. This position provides expertise in all areas of personnel management including developing and overseeing the implementation of internal division personnel management policies, guidelines and procedures covering labor relations, employee/employer relations, classification and compensation, recruitment and placement, workers’ compensation, personnel transactions and records, etc.
