Duties Summary
Performs simple to moderately complex clerical work involving various standard clerical routines that are carried out on a regular or rotational basis, in accordance with standard practice and instructions; and/or supervises and participates in performing simple and repetitive clerical work tasks that are primarily procedural in nature and carried out in accordance with specific instructions or clearly defined procedures.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Legal Authorization To Work
The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Basic Experience: Six (6) months of work experience which demonstrated knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and arithmetic; the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions; write simply and directly; and compare words and numbers quickly and accurately.

Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment . The current vacancy has this requirement.
