Do you enjoy learning and sharing knowledge? Do you enjoy a dynamic work environment? The Division of Medicaid has a unique opportunity to join our communications and training team as the Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist.
This position works with Medicaid staff to assess training needs, establish training programs and objectives, design courses, and provide instruction. You will work together with subject matter experts to develop training content and identify the appropriate delivery method. You will be the primary point of contact for Medicaid staff regarding training needs. You'll be responsible to oversee training records and resources as well as identifying and scheduling training courses.
We are seeking candidates with an easy-going attitude that enjoy collaborating with others. The L&D Specialist position has a unique level of flexibility and lots opportunities to be creative. Applicants should be self-motivated with experience independently identifying and solving problems.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training.
