Typical Duties : Supervision :
- Supervise assigned staff, including but not limited to : hiring, training and evaluating performance of staff;
- Develop and maintain schedules of supervised staff to ensure necessary client services and staff support of the Elmore County office;
- Coordinate or conduct training for staff to perform office support duties and ensure accuracy and adherence to agency policies and procedures, forms completion, and data entry;
- Monitor quality of work and coach staff for improvement, as needed;
- Assign and prioritize workload of supervised staff with a focus on internal and external customer service;
- Resolve conflicts and performance issues;
- Conduct regular check-in's with staff;
- Ensure client needs are met.
