As a Staff Development Trainer, you will work directly with PERSI staff to assess training needs, establish training programs and objectives, design appropriate courses, and provide instruction. You’re dedicated to PERSI core values of commitment, character and competence and looking to continue learning in an ever-evolving field. You also have the ability to be flexible and manage priorities, have an easy-going attitude, and enjoy working with internal customers.
You will be the primary point of contact for PERSI staff regarding training needs. You’ll be responsible to oversee training records and resources as well as schedule training courses. You will work together with subject matter experts to develop training and be a key contributor in improving service for our membership. This is a full-time position working in our Boise office Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Some travel may be required to service satellite offices.
