The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Temporary Project Manager Intern to be part of our team inDistrict 3 Boise, Idaho. Our team is looking for someone interested in transportation and likes working with diverse stakeholders in a culture that promotes innovation and collaboration. This position will work closely with management and engineers to assist in coordinating and managing transportation projects.

- Learn and assist with project management of transportation projects through project assignments.
- Assist ITD Project Managers and Engineers with active projects.
- Learn and use the scheduling and charter systems to assist project managers.
- Assist with District project program management by updating tracking sheets, budgets and assignments using excel, ProjectWise and other software tools.
- Learn the project development, design, and construction processes for ITD.
- Assist Engineers and Project Manager with consultant scoping, selection and management of agreements.
