Position Overview

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking to hire qualified candidates with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative thinking, problem solving environment. This position serves as a Contract Executive for Legal Services organizing, planning, executing, and controlling the management and distribution of workflow of contracts between the Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) and Legal. In this role, you will maintain requests by logging DoIT contracts, updating the tracking system, and responding to inquiries for the status of a contract. In addition, you will prepare and administer assigned contract needs by performing duties of a confidential and sensitive nature for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), state agencies under the Governor, and when requested constitutional officers, the legislative and judicial branches, and local governments.
