- Experience: 2 years; Outpatient experience is a must.
Dept - Outpatient Therapy Department
unit details: OP PT caseload—primarily orthopedics and neuro (no specialty needed)
Number of Staff – 10 PT/PTA/OT/COTA/ST with tech support
Patient Ratios – 1:1 with occasional patient double if needed; Patients are scheduled every 30 mins with Rehab Tech support
EMR - EPIC
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Certification:
- BLS certification preferred
- Active Illinois PTA license (Required)
- Covid card required

Salary: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
