Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Quality Assurance Manager. Under administrative direction, this position will direct, develop, control, and manage the operation of the Quality Assurance Program throughout the state, drafting new rules and procedures governing the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement programming. The position will provide oversight of professional staff, manage information, and compose reports assessing Agency performance. This position provides a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality assurance management, particularly in a social work arena.
