Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Maximum Security Facility

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in patient and staff health appraisals and conduct health clinics.
- Perform physical examinations, document patient visits, and assist in patient record management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to address patient needs, including mental health interventions and medication administration.
- Respond to medical emergencies alongside RNs, providing hands-on care and support.
- Maintain and prepare medical supplies, assist with lab services (phlebotomy, EKGs), and support telemedicine and x-ray services.
- Ensure proper medication administration, accountability, and documentation following institutional policies.
- Adaptable, compassionate, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well with other team members.
- High attention to detail in patient care and documentation.
