Position Summary & Responsibilities :
Position Summary :
Hours are sporadic, as you would be responsible for operating the site in the absence of the Site Administrator or if they require assistance for school tours / events. Must be able to work weekdays / weekends when required. Must be responsible to handle all aspects of running the site, including but not limited to : opening and closing procedures, answering phone calls daily and emails when needed, collecting admissions, greeting visitors and conducting tours, interpreting the history of the site, operating the gift shop, and monitoring the physical site. Required to have a basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn and operate our TAM retail system.
