Seven years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field plus twenty-four semester hours in accounting plus four years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR

This position is responsible for Financial Reporting and grants management for the Office of Public Health (OPH) and the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (DWRLF) Program.
Manages, directs, and reviews the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and/or annual Federal, State, internal, and external financial reports for OPH and DWRLF. Prepare Annual Financial statements required by OSRAP for OPH and DWRLF. Reviews and responds to internal and external audit inquiries. Reviews and serves as a backup for the preparation of Federal Financial Reports for OPH grants. Directs the preparation of Grant Draws by review of grant billing and provides support to the grant accountants. Manages, directs, and reviews the preparation of grant reconciliations and grant master data setup in LaGov for OPH.
