Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate relations, partnership development, or a related role Strong understanding of the regional landscape and industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Demonstrated project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Lead the development and execution of workshops, speaker series, and seminars for those interested in entrepreneurship Engage industry speakers, entrepreneurs, and subject matter experts to deliver compelling content and insights Analyze participation and impact metrics to assess program effectiveness and continuously enhance offerings for engagement
Provide strategic guidance to individuals in navigating resources for startup development and entrepreneurial ventures Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of tools, resources, and information to support entrepreneurs
Assist in the logistics and execution of startup accelerator programs, facilitating mentorship and programming Gather and assess participant feedback to refine program structure and outcomes
Cultivate a vibrant community among entrepreneurs through networking events, mentorship initiatives, and collaborative projects Equip individuals with resources to effectively develop and present their business ideas Serve as a key point of contact between aspiring entrepreneurs and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem at the university and beyond Work with university faculty and student organizations to identify collaborative opportunities and synergies
Create and implement marketing strategies to actively engage individuals in entrepreneurship initiatives Build and nurture relationships with campus organizations and external stakeholders to enhance the visibility of entrepreneurship opportunities Partner with the university's Marketing and Communications teams to effectively promote the Innovation Park's initiatives geared towards entrepreneurship
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and donation to support the Innovation Park Work with the university's development office to secure financial and in-kind support from corporate and community partners
