Bachelor's degree required Minimum one year experience in equipment operations Must be certified by Athletic Equipment Manager's Association (AEMA) or qualified to become certified within one year of employment Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations Excellent organization and communication skills as well as comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft products and Network internet
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of athletic equipment room operations for all 14 varsity programs Recruit, hire, train, and have oversight and guidance of graduate assistant(s) and student equipment manager(s) Assist in operations with respect to facility and game-day operations for football Directing all laundry operations including purchasing laundry products and working with vendors Work with Head Football Coach in researching, choosing, ordering, inventory, and properly maintaining all helmets, apparel, and gear. Provide fittings and adjustments of equipment for individual players Leads football and assists all programs in procuring equipment, shoes, and apparel with NSU's official athletic outfitter Directs inventory controls and security of all equipment Evening and weekend work, travel with football Coordinate all football equipment transportation for away games Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Athletic director of Athletic Director
