- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in a collegiate athletic department
- Professional communication skills to interact with the various publics
- Basic Excel, Word, etc. skills
- Directs football operations
- Assists head coach in all day to day operations as they arise
- Direct report of all support staff members and manage weekly meetings
- Assists recruiting coordinator in all day to day recruiting needs as they arise
- Liaison to Admissions, Financial Aid and Compliance
- Oversees all aspects of budget, travel, and team meats
- Liaison to training room, equipment and strength staffs
- Liaison to facilities/maintenance
- Liaison to Game Day Operations
- Liaison to Southland Officials, and Pro Scout liaison
- Complies with all NCAA rules and regulations as per the NCAA Compliance Manual
- Assists NSU admissions office in identifying and recruiting students who are outstanding academically or in extracurricular activities other than athletics
- Attends alumni functions and fund raisers as schedule permits
- Participate in community activities that allow the promotion of sport, the department, and/or the University
- Identify and cultivate potential donors to the athletic department and the University.
Salary : $40,000
