In this dynamic role, you will lead and oversee the successful implementation of several evidence-based therapies and support services in Jefferson Parish. You will provide supervision / guidance to direct line staff and first-level supervisors, ensuring program quality and compliance while maintaining strong community partnerships. This position also requires approximately 10% of your time dedicated to direct client services in the community, allowing you to maintain a strong clinical connection while leading your teams.
