  • Provide contractual oversight and administration of purchase of service agreements.
  • Review contract budgets, revisions, final quarter financial reports, and closeout reports
  • Collaborate with program management, financial staff, auditors and providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the agreement financial and compliance components.
  • Partner with program management and providers in overall assessment of performance in order to assure integrated service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and appropriate use of state / federal funds.
  • Assure that contractual requirements are met, the regulatory changes are incorporated, and that needed changes to the system occur as related to compliance or other issues.
  • Develop and analyze purchase of service agreements.
  • Work with Program Offices to develop and refine contract language.Minimum Qualifications : In order to qualify, you must have eight (8) years of education, training, and / or experience analyzing, evaluating, and / or developing improvements to organizational and / or managerial systems, programs, and practices.The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate the following competencies : Experience in the development and oversight of contracts or financial processes, preferably those with multi-service levels and complex funding sources, including invoice processing.A demonstrated ability to successfully analyze complex financial reports using Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools.Thinking about applying?Research shows that people from historically excluded communities tend to apply to jobs only when they check every box in the posting.
