  • Hourly rate is inclusive of a $1.00 per hour salary stipend and a $1.00 per hour direct care stipend. We believe each staff member plays an integral role in meeting our mission to provide the highest quality of care possible.Riverview Psychiatric Center () seeks Mental Health Workers to provide paraprofessional support work involving the direct care, rehabilitation, and behavior modification of patients in state institutions. Responsibilities include implementing programs in the treatment and education of individuals with mental illness, providing direct patient care, and maintaining patient areas. Employees may act as group leader of primary aide over an assigned group of patients. Work is performed under general supervision.Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of direct care mental health experience.Agency information : Riverview Psychiatric Center () , in collaboration with the community, is a center for best practice, treatment, education and research, for individuals with serious, persistent mental illness, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
