Family Advocates work collaboratively with parents to set and achieve goals through Family Partnership Agreements, connect families with community resources, and advocate for their needs within the program and the community. They actively engage with children by observing their development, discussing progress with parents, and working alongside teachers to ensure individualized support for each child.
